Remote location of this Art Deco hotel was a bonus. The restaurant here was amazing for dinner, we both ordered fresh dishes. The staff was incredible, accommodating.

The location was remote, amazing to the areas we explored. All the staff were exceptionally nice, incredible. Our room was modern and functional provided with the bedroom, self-contain kitchen, TV.

The employees were exceptionally nice and accommodating. It had a favourable location - 4-6 minutes walking distance from Tarraleah Power.

It was a relaxing and peaceful hotel, nesteled in an Art Deco building. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with an open fireplace, my bed was extremely comfy.

the room was well laid out and brand-new with a sofa, the bedroom and tea and the overall experience was very good. the staff were very efficient and really helpful and provided an exceptional service. it was a very scenic location next to restaurants, tasmania and the central highlands.

Stylish, unique room with a lounge area and a fireplace. Very quite area, remote location just off detail-retained historic nature of building as well as Tarraleah Falls.

The rooms are modern and compact with good shower, so that guests have essentials.

The bathrooms are very small.

Enjoyed my excellent stay for one night. The most important was the staff - incredibly nice and incredible people. I stayed in fashionable, functional room with the bedroom, very comfortable bed and art deco furniture.

My recent stay at Tarraleah was absolutely delightful. The property, built in the 1930s, has a unique charm and a fascinating history as a hydro village. The beautiful grounds, with views of the hydro plant and pipes, made for some enjoyable walks. The Highlander Cabin I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, providing a warm retreat from the chilly weather. Despite this, the bar and restaurant at the Highland Arms on site offered a limited but delicious menu, and the ambiance was wonderful. The highlight of my stay was discovering the old hydro workers village vibe, which I recognized from the TV show "Manhattan. " It added to the overall appeal of the place and made my stay even more memorable. I had a great and relaxing experience at Tarraleah, and I would definitely recommend it for those seeking a unique and historically rich getaway.

The room I stayed in was beautifully designed and new-fashioned and complete with the bedroom and good shower, as for instance. Location: the hotel was not far from that lovely looking golf course, the pub for dinner, and cafe and restaurant. It also was near to National Park.
